This book is a textbook on the banking law and the law of the stock market. It is made for students and practitioners. The first part describes the subject of banking law, the second part deals about the law of the bank account. The third and fourth chapter contain sections on the rights af the bank customer towards the bank and the rights of the bank towards the bank customer. The fifth chapte deals about the law of credit transactions and the last chapter about the stock market law and the law of negotiable instruments. The authors give many examples at each section to improve the intelligibility of this fast changing topic
